Hire terms and conditions
Your Hire Pack;
All nappies will come to you in good pre-used condition. This means no stains or smells, no slack elastics or fluff on velcro and no damage to the waterproofing membrane.
In some instances there may be pilling on the fabric or minor colour run, neither effect the absorbency of the nappy.
All nappies have been thoroughly sanitised prior to your hire for your health and piece of mind.
All new nappies have been washed already to build up the absorbency ready for you to use.
Basics of wear;
– To rinse off any poo as soon as practical.
– Pre wash at least every second day and main wash at least every fourth day.
– Wash in minimum 30degrees centigrade but no higher than 60 degrees centigrade.
– No fabric softener
– No Putting shells in the dryer
Your Hire period starts from the day you receive your pack. If your pack is not returned within three days at the end of your hire period then a late fee will be applied. This late fee is $10 per day.
Return of nappies;
Nappies can be returned to our office at 19 Fairfield Ave, Fairton in person or via post. If you choose the post option then we highly suggest a tracked option, you will be charged for any missing items. Alternatively at a prearranged time and location.
All nappies must be returned in good clean and dry condition. This means;
Washed and dried.
Lint, hair etc. removed from velcro.
No major staining or smells.
No Damage to inserts or shells.
If any damage or stains arise during your hire period please contact us asap to assist to help minimise this. If stains can’t be removed or there is damage to the nappy you will be charged the full price to replace the item.
Your bond will be returned to you within 7 working days. This gives us time to launder and sanitise the nappies, try and remove any staining (if any) and come back to you. If your bond is not enough to cover damage then you will be invoiced the additional amount and expected to pay this in full within 14 days.
Anything else, please communicate with us, we are people like you.
